Referral Program FAQs
Who is eligible for the referral program?
Everyone is eligible. There are no restrictions on who can join our loyalty program to get a referral link.
To be eligible to receive rewards, the friend you share the referral link with must be a first-time purchaser on DarnTough.com. If they have previously purchased from DarnTough.com, they will not be eligible for rewards on their purchase, and you will not receive rewards if they purchase via your referral link.
What do I have to do if I join the referral program? What’s involved?
Our referral program is part of our loyalty program, and you don’t have to do anything to join and start earning rewards. You can share your unique referral link with your friends and earn loyalty points if they make a first-time purchase using your link. You can share your link with as many friends as you like and stop at any time.
When do I receive rewards? How do I claim them?
You receive rewards when someone you shared your referral link with makes their first purchase of over $24 from DarnTough.com via your link. You will receive a notification via email, and the loyalty points will automatically be added to your Micro Crew Rewards account. You can also view your active rewards and the status of your referral invites on your Micro Crew dashboard by selecting “Rewards.”
To use your reward, redeem points for a discount code through the Micro Crew Rewards page. Enter the code at checkout in the “Discount code or gift card” field and hit apply. Please note, you may only apply one code per order.
Where can I get my unique referral link?
If you haven’t joined our loyalty and referral program yet, you can sign up to get your link. If you’ve already joined the program, you can find your unique referral link here.
Where can I track the status of my referrals?
You can track the status of your referrals in your dashboard. Once you’ve logged in, scroll down to “Rewards” to check the status of your referrals.
